Can stress cause migraine?

Yes! Stress is a leading cause of migraine. It is a feeling in which we cannot cope with our mental pressure. Many different situations or conditions in our life cause stress. Everybody deals with it differently. Our ability to fight stress depends on;

  • Genetics
  • Life events
  • Personality
  • Social and economic circumstances

Our body produces fighting hormones that activate the immune system to cope with the stress in stress.

How to manage stress?

Take these steps to manage stress;

2. Eat a healthy and balanced diet

Eat a balanced diet, like adding more vegetables and fruits to your daily routine. Consume whole grains rather than processed foods.

3. Enjoy everything

Enjoy your work, plan a weekend, do some activities, have fun with friends and family. Go for a long drive.

4. Get enough sleep

85% of people have a poor sleep, which causes migraine. Stress can awake you at night, which cause poor sleep and lead to migraine. Set a routine and stuck on it. Rest can freshen up your body and mind and recharge you for the next trip or day.

5. Get organized

Get, set, and maintained. It can lower your stress and migraine automatically. Make your daily routine plan of work and rest __set priorities and focus on vital energy.

6. Stay hydrated

Drink more and more water to make sure that you are hydrated. Dehydration also causes headaches.
